How do I ensure that a student does not take another student’s assessment for them? There are multiple best practices to ensure that students do not take one another's assessments. Teachers can use student ID numbers as the sign in method for assessments so that a student would need the specific student ID number of another student to be able to sign in. Additionally, after all students have signed in for their own assessment, a teacher can change the assessment access code. This will not change anything for students that are already logged in, but it will keep students from logging back in to another student’s assessment.
How do I give an assessment on paper? If you would like to give an assessment on paper, refer to the articles Printing an Assessment and Printing a Bubble Sheet. Currently, the ability to print bubble sheets is only available for districts for whom the state assessment is administered offline.
