Assessment Reports FAQ

How can special education teachers access their students' assessment results? Only the classroom teacher listed on the assignment and users with admin access at the school are able to view student assessment reports. However, a special education teacher can use Student Tracker through Pathfinder to view student assessment scores by creating a custom student group under their name. See Creating Custom Student Groups to understand the process. In Pathfinder, teachers can automatically view the individual student results for students connected to their own rosters as well as students in their custom groups.

How does ELS determine cut scores? See the following articles for an explanation by state: Mississippi, Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee.

Can two teachers access the same assessment reports for a shared class? Only one teacher can be attached to an assignment, so there is no way for two teachers to have access to the same assessment reports. However, by creating a custom student group, both teachers can view student scores through Student Tracker in Pathfinder.
