Accessing Power Check Assessments

Modified on Tue, 29 Jul at 12:14 PM

Power Checks are short, standard-specific assessments that can aid students in mastery of standards before or after taking a Benchmark assessment.

1. Login to your Pathways account through Clever, ClassLink, or at k12els.com

2. Navigate to Pathways to Proficiency -> Pathways, then choose Bundles/Checks/SteppingStones for your state from the drop down menu.

3. At the top of the screen, select the grade level for which you wish to view Pathways Powerchecks.

4. Next, select the subject for which you wish to view Pathways Powerchecks.

5. Navigate to 'Power Checks' to see a list of the power checks available for each standard in that subject area's grade level.

6. Choose the blue ‘Assign’ button to assign a PowerCheck online or choose ‘Actions’ to view the worksheet.

7. When you choose 'Assign,' you will proceed as if you are assigning and administering any other online assessment. To read more information about these methods, see Opening an Assignment and Logging Students in for an Assessment with a Direct Link
