Printing a Review Worksheet from Student Tracker

1. Log in to your account via k12els.com, Clever, or Classlink. 


2. Navigate to Pathfinder -> Student Tracker.    


3. There are two ways to search rosters: 

  1. If you are the main teacher in the classroom, choose ‘Use Schedules’ to find your students.
  2. If you are not the main teacher in the classroom, choose ‘Use Custom Groups’ to find your student. If you are not assigned to a custom group, ask your administrator to create a custom student group with the students that you need access to.


4. Find the student(s) you would like to analyze, and select the box(es) beside their name. 


5.  Select ‘Analyze Student’ and choose the subject. 


6. There are two ways to print a review. 

  1. To print a review from a particular assessment:
    1. Select the three lines in the top left corner of the assessment you would like to review. 
    2.  Check the box ‘Only Show Missed Items’ to filter the review list to only missed items.
    3. Click the title of each column to filter the list by that column. Select the box beside the questions that you would like on the review worksheet, and choose ‘Create Review from Selected.’
    4. Choose ‘Print Test’ and ensure under ‘More Settings’ that ‘Background Graphics’ is checked. 
  2. To print a review from a particular standard: 
    1. Select ‘Breakdown by Standard’ in the top left corner.
    2. Choose which assessments you would like to include in the review by clicking the boxes beside the desired assessments.
    3. Sort the standards by clicking the title of one of the columns. Locate the standard you would like to review, and choose the icon with the three lines to the left of the Pathways logo. 
    4. Check the box ‘Only Show Missed Items’ to filter the review list to only missed items.
    5. Click the title of each column to filter the list by that column. Select the box beside the questions that you would like on the review worksheet, and choose ‘Create Review from Selected.’
    6. Choose ‘Print Test’ and ensure under ‘More Settings’ that ‘Background Graphics’ is checked.
