Creating Student Reviews from the Item Analysis Assessment Report

Modified on Tue, 25 Feb at 7:31 AM

There are two ways to create student reviews after a student has completed an assessment: from the Item Analysis assessment report and from the Analysis and Growth Dashboard. This article will explain how to create a review from the Item Analysis assessment report. This method only allows a teacher to print one individualized worksheet at a time. To print individualized worksheets or create individualized online assessments for an entire classroom, create the reviews from the Analysis and Growth Dashboard.

1. Login to your account through Clever, ClassLink, or at k12els.com.

2. Navigate to Pathways to Proficiency -> Analysis and Review -> Test Reports.

3. Locate the assessment for which you wish to view a report, and select the graph icon to the left of the assessment name.

4. Find the ‘Student Item Analysis’ box, and select ‘Run.’

5. Navigate to the student for which you wish to create an individualized review using the arrows at the top of the screen.

6. Select the yellow ‘review’ icon, and choose how many items you would like on the student review. The review will automatically include the easiest questions the students missed.

7. Choose whether or not you would like to include the answer key in the top right corner, then select ‘Print Test.’

Note: If you would like to assign the student review as an online assignment, you can do so through the Analysis and Growth dashboard. See Creating Student Reviews from Analysis and Growth Dashboard to understand more.

8. Under ‘More Settings’ ensure that ‘Background Graphics’ is on, then select ‘Print.’
