Pathways Assessment: Publishing an Assignment

This article will explain how users publish an assignment.


Note: Before publishing an assignment, ensure that all students have completed the assessment. Once an assignment has been published, students will no longer be able to login to that assignment, even if the assignment is unpublished.

 

1. Login to your Pathways Learning Studio account through Clever, ClassLink, or at pathwayslearningstudio.com.


2. Navigate to 'Assessment' → 'Home.'


 

3. Select the 'Assessment' tile.



4. Select the 'Assignment' tile.



5. Locate the assignment of the assessment for which you wish to change the access code, and select the folder icon to the left of the assessment date. 


If the folder icon is not present, a district level administrator has made the assessment private.

 


6. The assignment must be closed to publish the assessment. 



7. Check the ‘Progress %’ column to ensure that all students have completed the assessment.



8. When all students have completed the assessment, select the ‘Publish and Complete’ button at the top right of the screen. Once published, the assessment will have score reports and student reviews available.
