On devices running ChromeOS, assessments with the Secure Browser feature turned on must be run in Kiosk Mode.
Please review the following Google support article for more information about setting up Chromebooks to run a URL in kiosk mode: https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/9781496?hl=en.
In the article, steps 1 and 2 are necessary, but step 3 can be ignored. For ELA, math, science, and social studies benchmarks, the URL to enter for step 1 is https://ola.k12pathways.cloud/. For auto-scored writing benchmarks, the URL to enter for step 1 is https://apps.k12els.com/ezAssessV3/student/wa_test_login.php (the Secure Browser feature cannot currently be turned on for writing benchmark assignments, but kiosk mode can still be utilized).
