Whether you’re preparing lesson plans, surveys, bell ringers, quizzes, newsletters, choice boards, or other engaging classroom activities, AI Teacher Tools give you a strong starting point so you can spend more time teaching and connecting with students. This module includes over 80 time-saving tools, designed by educators, for educators, to support your planning, communication, and instruction every step of the way.

Getting Started Checklist

  • An active account login 
  • An idea of what you’d want the tools to create
  • Curriculum goals or state standards

How to Generate and Use the AI Teacher Tools

  • Choose a specific tool from the menu (e.g., “Lesson Plan” or “Rubric Creator”)
  • Add detailed information like topic, grade, standards, and duration
  • Click Generate

Enhancing and Refining your Output

  • Click on the star icon to get suggestions for the Topic you entered
  • Change any of the values you entered for other fields, then click Regenerate

Editing and Copying AI-generated Output

  • Edit – Make changes directly in the output area. You can adjust the title, text, and formatting to fit your classroom needs
  • Copy – Click the Copy button to quickly transfer the content. Then, paste it into your preferred teaching platform such as Google Docs or Microsoft Word

How to Get the Best Results

  • Be specific: include topic, grade, standards, duration, customization, etc.
  • Add context: paste a short sample, success criteria, or target reading level
  • Use constraints: number of questions, rubric columns, text length, etc.
  • Iterate: refine prompts and click Regenerate to update, expand, or refine output
