When the assessment is Private from All, it cannot be viewed, assigned, or managed by school-level administrators or teachers. Typically, districts initially choose this status until they are ready to assign assessments.
Public: This status allows all users to view and assign the assessment, manage assignments, view items in reports, and create student reviews. It is crucial to change the assessment to this status when teachers are ready to analyze the data and initiate subsequent instruction.
