Restricting Student Access to an Assessment

Modified on Tue, 21 Jan at 6:32 AM

Restricting a student's access blocks the student from logging in to the assessment.

1. Login to your Pathways account through Clever, ClassLink, or at k12els.com.

2. Navigate to Pathways to Proficiency -> Measures -> Assignments.

3. Locate the assignment of the assessment for which you wish to restrict student access, and select the folder icon to the left of the assessment date. If the folder icon is not present, this means a district level administrator has made the assessment private.

4. Locate the student for which you want to restrict assessment access, and select the pencil icon to the left of the student name.

5. Select the 'Student access' toggle to turn off/on student access.

6. If you have successfully removed a student's access to an assignment, the student will have a red no-symbol icon to the left of their student ID.
