For Teachers 

Why can’t I see my student’s tier folder in Student Support Network? 

If you cannot find your student’s folder, it is likely because your administrator has not added you to the folder yet as the teacher for the student’s tier process. If you are having this issue, ask your administrator to add you as a participant to the folder.

Why is my EZ Evaluation portal blank? 

As a teacher, the only EZ Evaluation folder you will be able to see is your own. If your administrator hasn’t created a folder for you yet, you won’t see anything in the EZ Evaluation portal. If you have this issue, ask your administrator when your folder will be created. 

Why can’t I see my evaluation form? 

Even if your administrator has started an evaluation form for you, you will not see the form until the administrator makes it available to you. If you think you are supposed to be able to see the form, check with your administrator about whether or not they have made the form available to you. 

For Administrators 

Why can’t I find the teacher or school staff that I need to add to a student’s folder in Student Support network? 

If you cannot find the teacher or support staff that you need to add as a participant for a student’s folder, it is likely because the teacher is not in the school system or has not been given the correct permissions. Why can’t my teachers find their students’ tier folders? 

If your teacher cannot find their student’s tier folder, it is likely because you have not added them as a participant. To add a teacher as a participant, navigate to the student’s folder and choose ‘Add Participant’ in the participants portal. If you do not see the teacher’s name, see  ‘Adding a Teacher Login for Student Support Network’ to learn how to add a teacher to the system. 

Why can’t my teachers see their evaluation forms? 

If your teachers cannot see their evaluation form, it is likely that you have marked it as private. To make the form public for teachers to see, navigate to the form, and uncheck the box beside ‘Form is Private’ at the top of the screen.
