Adding a Teacher to Student Support Network

If you cannot find a teacher you need to assign to a folder, it probably means they do not have a login with teacher rights to Student Support Network. The following article describes how to correct this: 


1. Login to your Pathways Account via k12els.com, ClassLink, or Clever. 


2. Select ‘Administrator’ from the left side dashboard. 


3. Select the 'Actions' icon to the left of the teacher name in the list, and choose 'Edit'. 


4. Ensure that under the SSN Specific portal, the ‘Student Support Role’ is set to ‘Teacher.’ 


5. If the teacher is not in the Pathways system, add them by selecting the ‘Add User’ button at the top left of the screen, filling out the information, then selecting ‘Save.’
