Invalid Student ID Error

If there is an invalid student ID error: 


1. Check that the student ID is formatted correctly, i.e. ensuring the student ID is entered without leading zeros. 

2. Some student ID issues have to do with errors in the roster data that has been shared with Pathways via Clever or ClassLink. If you suspect this is the issue, contact Pathways customer support by phone, email, or chat.
